There were definitely cracks in the mortar on both the sides of the chimney and the crown of the chimney. After scheduling time with him to complete the task, he came and completed it in one day. Bob cleaned off the chimney, ground out some of the old mortar, matched the color and then re-mortared the exterior of the chimney. His work exceeded my expectations on quality, cost, and time taken and I couldn't be happier.
