"DO NOT HIRE. One Source Mechanical (OSM), Micheal J. Tello, Master Plumber license # 184952 is unprofessional with substandard craftsmanship. He did not complete the job, left us with no heat (in sub-freezing weather) and absconded with our deposit of over 50% of the quote. His honor and ethics are nonexistent. Do not hire this company or person. Signed 2 contracts for Plumbing and HVAC. Made deposit in April 2025, work started end of June, got the rough plumbing in by August. HVAC work was minimal, then became nonexistent the first part of August. This was also the last time we saw Mike Tello. He never returned to the job site. He would send up his helper who worked a half day, rarely a full day, every other week, and this included leaving to get materials that he never seemed to have with him. Mike was very skilled with reasons why he could not get there, blaming all the other contractors, and owner. October was setting in and we told him we needed heat (as our house had no heati"

"Service expert BEN arrived at our home at the expected time. Punctual, thorough and just a nice guy to work with. Analyzed our heating problem, gave us the diagnosis and set up the next appointment. In addition he performed what I call a miracle by getting our under-cabinet kitchen heating unit to work - after about seven years of it being dead and misdiagnosed by other HVAC services! Definitely recommend!!!!!"

At 5pm still noone I called, got voicemail, 6pm still noone and no call I called got voicemail at 7pm still noone I call get the voicemail it?s now 10pm No more calls from me!
