"Remid designs can not be trusted. After months of working with them everything changed when it was time to sign the contract Ivana provided. We met with my attorney thought we were ready to start and two days later she sent a completely different contract. When we asked for agreed upon changes in new contract she didn’t have the decency to contact me. My attorney asked to speak with Remids attorney and was told she can’t because the attorney is on vacation. She then sent me a canceled contract email. Ivana’s assistant located my matching tiles locally while we were working with them. I reached out to them to ask them for the name of the company that had my matching tile and they refused to share the name of the company with me. This is who Ivana is. Completely petty and unprofessional. Do not waste your time with someone who can’t be trusted."
