"We are extremely pleased on all aspects of how this job was done. After a few days delay due to a period of rainy weather, they actually came on a Sunday to start work. The crew they sent was hard working and dedicated. They started around 9:00AM and finished up a little after 6:00PM. other than a short lunch break they never stopped the entire day. Even after the unexpected discovery there were a large numbers of roof rafters that were rotted and needed repair, they made a call, had the necessary materials delivered to the site and never missed a beat. The clean-up was so well done it was as if they were never here. Frankly, they left the yard cleaner than it was before.. The final bill was only, even with the extra work, $800 more than the original estimate. Frankly, we were expecting it to be at least twice that if not more. I would highly recommend Superior to anyone that needs roofing done!"

".I have had Greg come to the house for about 3 or 4 years, he is always grumpy.  He is angry when I call in the fall for an appointment  and also when I call too soon (mid summer)  He doesn't like my wood shake roof or the pitch of it.  He doesn't like where the flower beds are.  He is often behind and reschedules.  The job seems to be good. I have it done every year and he always tells me how filthy the chimney is (maybe it is the wood stove?) as the wood is dry and I do not leave it smoldering at a low temp all day.  He always makes me feel like a negligent homeowner <br />"

They couldn't find a major issue (I was getting moisture on the chimney grey block base in the basement) but suggested waterproofing the chimney. They left a quote and I need to follow up to schedule work. I left a B grade for overall thus far as firstly I have not had the work done so don't feel qualified to give a grade truth-be-told, and secondly I felt the price of $400 to waterproof was quite high. I had an independent chimney guy waterproof the chimney 5 years previous (he has retired) and it was around 150 bucks...surely prices haven't risen that much? Anyways, that's why its a B thus far. I may return to alter than after the work is done...if I go with them and not another company?!? Watch this space!! <br />"
