"I paid them $1000 to replace pipes under the house which they said were old and needed upgrading. I guess they acted like they fixed it. The next time I called them for a clogged shower drain he said he wouldn't charge me becuase he admitted to me they took my $1000 and didn't fix my pipes and I guess he felt guilty. One time they installed a new toilet and said "uh that'll be $400." And they sounded surprised when I was like ok. They knew that was ridiculously high but could get away with it because I was a young female and didn't know any better. I gave this exact same review on nextdoor.com. The owner called me and listened to my story. She looked up the service invoices and saw the invoices for this "work". She asked how she could make it right and apologized for my experience. She said she'd get back to me and refund me anything that I overpaid. Instead of doing that, she reported my bad review on nextdoor and got it taken down. So that's how they deal with bad service."

"The guys who came out were very nice and professional. They got the job done within a very reasonable amount of time and cleaned up well before they left. I noticed the toilet was rocking a bit the next day (I did not notice it the day before) and it was the weekend so I left a message at their office. My message was that it was no hurry to call me back when they returned to the office, however I got a call back that day anyway and they had the installer come back out on Monday to fix it. No more issues! I will be using this company next time I need something."
