When we bought a house and moved in 2015, we bought another system from them. The service and products have always been great."

"We received a card in the mail pertaining to having my water tested for free. I filled out the card and mailed it back into the sender thinking it was from the city. I did not read it well just saw free testing. Several days later I received a call to set up an appointment to have a technician come out to the house. Tom Ledford came to the house and performed the testing of our water which was very enlightening. I could not believe how disgusting the water was after the test. He tested the tap water, the bottled water and specialty waters that we had, and we were ready to throw all of it out due to what we saw. Tom was very professional and never pressed the issue to sell us anything until we decided to know how much the system would cost. We made up our minds to invest in the system so we could get better water in our home. Within one day Darren the installer was at our front door and putting our system in the garage. It did not take long, and he was the ultimate professional as he took his time explained everything that he needed to do to complete the process. Darren went back over each step to monitor the system and what we would need as far as replacing supplies and other particulars. I wish I had done these 13 years earlier and we might be in better health water wise. Tom and Daren were the best and I will inform my friends of their professionalism and great work that was performed."

"Went fairly well. They sorta wrecked my well bladder wooden "box" but it was in bad shape and needed replaced. They could have disposed of it for the price they charged! My nitpicking came a week and a half later, on a Saturday, when my water stopped working. Called Dave, who was out on a boat. He had me call his brother who owns Valrico Pump. He came out, asked my wife for wire then had to leave and bring his own role of wire. His back was extremely messed up. I helped him with lifting the wire, unspooling it 72' across the yard (I know, I had to supply the measuring tape and measure it also). He connected three wires at one end of the pump, three at the other.....and left after collecting $318. I know the wire could not have been more than $60! [it was4 bundle, he only needed three bundle though, 72' of #12 gauge). Left wire laying on top of ground and told me to get with his brother Monday. Monday we called to find out when the wire was to be buried and his brother said he did not do the work, it was not his problem!!!!!!! So, it was NOT his (Dave's) problem, but it WAS his brother who has really nothing to do with Dave. A month and a half LATER, my pipes started leaking, ALOT. I called Dave, thinking it was one of his pipes. It was not. Called the irrigation people who had put in several new zones for me recently...it was none of theirs. BUT, Dave came out on a SUNDAY and had to glue one pipe, cut and splice two OTHER pipes and got me back up and running. Charged only $100. We will use him again. BUT NOT HIS BROTHER AT VALRICO Pump!"
