The attic vent pipe for the dryer was inspected as well as the fireplace chimney caps on the roof and overall condition of the firebox.  The chimney and firebox were cleaned and all ashes and creosote removed, making the fireplace safer to use. The chimney hadn't been cleaned in over five years and we burn wood fires about 3 times a week during the winter, so the service was definitely needed.  The dryer vent had a moderate amount of lint buildup so cleaning was quick and not problematic. Service was prompt and very professional. <br />"

"Outstanding!!! Several months ago, we discovered a severe leak in our bathroom, because of a skylight. Immediately, I contacted our insurance company, who said unfortunately there was not enough damage to merit a hail claim. I begged & pleaded with, no success. Thank God, the leak was directly over the shower. Next, I proceeded to get quotes from about 5 companies, which I picked from this list. Prices ranged from $4,200 - S6000. "I cannot say enough good things about Milton Oliver of Oliver Brothers Roofing.  There are a lot of bad roofers in Austin, but Oliver Brothers will be the only roofer that sets foot my property. <br /> My house has two additions that have flat roofs. The skylights in one addition had leaked incessantly almost since I bought my house..  After i tried numerous times to fix them, and paid another roofer to fix the problem, I called Oliver Brothers based on a friend's recommendation.  He replaced the tar and gravel roof with a torch down roof.  Since 2010, I have had one problem with the skylight leaking.  Milton came out the day I called.  Turned out to be a defect in the skylight, not the roof.  Nevertheless, Milton fixed it for free. <br /> In 2013, the other flat roof, which was replaced in 2005 by another roofer, was already starting to look pretty bad.  Milton replaced it and I've had zero problems since.   <br /> Flat roofs are notoriously hard to keep from leaking.  I was up on my roof checking for signs of hail damage in late March 2014 after a storm.  Both flat roofs look brand new. <br /> I'd also like to share that I had Milton come evaluate the roof on my rent house recently.  Although we agreed the roof was poorly done (not his work) and would need to be replaced soon, he advised me to wait for a hail storm.  He could have sold me a roof that day, but he gave me his honest opinion knowing he'd get my business when the time is right. <br /> Oliver Brothers Roof will treat you right.  I highly recommend them. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I purchased a Roof Maintenance Package through Angie's list.  Pete <br /> called soon after I purchased the deal and I wasn't able to schedule at <br /> that time. He followed up as agreed and scheduled promptly. He and his <br /> assistant were on time and called ahead to give me their estimated <br /> arrival time. They spent a considerable amount of time on the roof and <br /> his report is thorough and prioritized. He did some caulking around vent <br /> pipes that was necessary.  I am interested in getting gutters and Pete <br /> explained my options and provided an estimate for that work and repairs <br /> that are needed on the roof.  I have a skylight that is problematic and <br /> he reviewed options for that as well. "I have contracted with Austin Jones LLC previously for exterior painting and chimney repair. Great job on all items and very fair competitive price as well. In fact on Chimney work, I am not sure anyone does a better job on the builders grade siding for legacy chimneys. They do an awesome job with hardy plank and it lasts forever. Perfect. We hired for internal painting a few months ago the entire house. Turned out great too. Would use again. JJ"
