"I had a problem with the water pressure fluctuating. Come to find out, it was the holding tank. The professionals at Waterdrct came out (Dennis) promptly and found the tank was old and waterbound. They were like lightening (in a good way) and had the tank replaced in like 30 mins. These guys are GOOD !!! The water pressure was more than I thought the well could produce. Excellent job and very informative. They are true professionals !! I highly recommend them."

"Do not recommend. Paid more than $600 labor and $100 in parts still didn’t work. Told to spend $600 more to try replacing other pieces on a 5-year-old boiler BUT thankfully, I called another company before burning all my $$$; the other company arrived the same day, diagnosed the actual issue, and fixed it within a 1-hour service call charge. The Shaffer Beacon technician who visited twice repeatedly complained to us “just replace the stupid thing” and “I don’t do low voltage systems” and seemed very unsure of what to do. Significant portion of $600 in labor for the two visits seemed to be for reading the manual we keep next to the unit. Shaffer Beacon customer service confirmed they provided the expected level of service and correct charges. Thus, they charged us for not knowing what to do and an unneeded part replacement."

"Our well head has been buried since we bought the house and then one night after having a major rain storm, we had dirty water. Called Nigro plumbing and Tom called back immediately and suggested I get a water test (and suggested where to go) and he reviewed the results as well. We had bacteria. They came the next day to disinfect our well (after digging the cover up) and walked us through the process after disinfecting. He identified the source of the problem that we had a breach in our well pipe casing. I asked them when they could raise the well head and they were able to fit me in in less than a week. They got a lot of work done in a half day and the backhoe guy they hired was really good too. (let my 4 yr old sit in the seat). I will continue to go to Tom and his guys in the future. Thanks again."
