"The Cypress Home Construction did my home addition on the top and rear, as well as renovation for the existing rooms with bathroom addition. The business owner Michelle leaded the crew team to complete the addition job to our expectation with some items exceeding the expectation such as the large arch-bay window and brick matching to the existing brick wall. The existing bricks are out of dated, no longer in production. They did extra works by searching the possible database nation wide to find one inventory with the leftover bricks to ship from other state. The final result is finished with no visible difference between the old and new bricks. Michelle would go extra miles to accommodate customer’s needs and expectations. She is attentive on details without missing a single item. This construction company also did a good post-construction service. For the minor remedy, we called them, they came out to fix any imperfections."

"Alex was recommended by The Tile Shop in Sterling to install a new porcelain tile floor in our kitchen. We met with Alex, received a very competitive quote, and hired his company. His people removed the existing 29 year old tiles and Durock subflooring, installed the new tiles, installed new baseboards and moulding, and prepped and painted the walls and trim. Alejandro was primarily responsible for removal of the old tile/Durock and installation of the new Wedi subflooring; Kevin was in charge of the painting; Freddy handled tile installation; and Jose was responsible for touch up work. The entire job took slightly over a week, and Alex arrived everyday to ensure that the work was proceeding to our satisfaction. The entire team was courteous, professional, and efficient. Also, at the conclusion of the project, Alex sent in a cleaning crew to clean ensure the entire first level of the house. Overall, we are thrilled with the quality of the work and plan to hire Alexâ s crew to do additional projects in our home. We have had quite a few companies do work in our home during the past 27 years and weâ ve never worked with a better company than District Renovations. "Tomas M from JW did a great job. Needed replacement for part of the frame of front door. He did a fantastic job in matching the replacement panel to the rest of door. He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted. He was very good at keeping me informed of the process."
