"Consumer Alert!! Buyer beware!! This spring we hired Roofsmith to install a new roof on our building. A condition of the contract was the manufacturer would need to stop out to the job site to inspect and certify the installation in order to receive the warranty. Roofsmith never had the manufacture inspect and certify as promised. The roof leaked within a few weeks of installation. As a result, we started to increase the frequency and intensity in which we requested the roof to be properly certified. We received excuse after excuse with no action taken. We began to contact the manufacturer directly and we discovered that Roofsmith did not use the materials that we contracted to install.
