"The technician arrived in a timely manner. He was professional and very competent throughout the tedious work on my AC unit and fan motor. I have used Polar Bear for a number of years on all of my properties and would highly recommend them to anyone with heating or A/C repairs. They are fantastic!"

"ARS did a great job installing our A/C and heating that was two generations old. They had to adjust on the fly, but got what I thought was a 2-day job into only 1."

"I am very happy to have selected SwiftPro to install a heat pump in my home. The price for the Trane system was significantly below what the competitors were offering, and every aspect of the installation process went very smoothly. When I had some trouble with the control panel after the installers had left, the owner, Tyler, got the technician immediately on the phone to correct my mistake. The added bonus is that the air quality of my home has clearly improved by reducing dramatically the use of my natural-gas burning furnace. So, I’m happy to attest that SwiftPro really is as professional as Tyler claims in his initial sales presentation."

"Reddick & Sons crew know their business. They not only always answer all my questions, but they are knowledgable on different options to provide even more cost efficient and energy saving options down the road. What a wealth of knowledge and experience on this team. We've been working with them for a couple of years (everything from installing a new water heater to HVAC system checks and minor plumbing repairs). And and I haven't found this kind of customer service and work quality in the trades anywhere else in Northern Virginia. They don't push any gimmicks or sales. They know what they are doing and they do it well. Reddick & Sons feel like family and I trust them with all of my HVAC and plumbing needs."

"Very well. Technician, John, was patient and thorough as he cleaned and took readings of the systems. He took the time to walk me through the maintenance and care that I need to take care of the Heating and water heater systems of my newly acquired condo in Fairfax County Virginia."

"Fred's Plumbing installed two 50-gallon hot water heaters and expansion tanks and replaced an instant hot. His people were very skilled and workmanship showed it. Best plumber I have used in many years and will continue to use Fred's Plumbing. Fred was professional and the estimate which he gave me was the actual cost. I highly recommend Fred's Plumbing in Fairfax, VA."

"Aside from installing a new Carrier gas furnace, they installed a state-of-the-art thermostat. The comfort specialist, Chris B., was very responsive and helpful in helping me decide what to buy, as well as providing help after installation. The two installers, Chris M. and Justin B. were very personable and very neat during removal and installation of the furnaces. Overall, very satisfied. Very commendable job."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Maryland. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend this organization."

"This company was prompt, gave us a reasonable price, and the system is working very well. We give them an excellent rating for their service, and would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC repair or replacement."
