"Overall I was dissatisfied. To be fair, it wasn't entirely their fault. They close at 5:00 and I didn't realize this until it was too late, which cost me a few taxis to get around that night. Yes, I'm sure they have signs that say they close at 5:00 and I should have checked or asked, but I felt like they missed out on a few opportunities to let me know. They told me they called to tell me the car was done, but left no message. I must have had bad reception because I didn't even get a missed call. They do have a great driver that will drop you off, and I believe pick you up while your car is being serviced. He was very friendly and made the ride enjoyable. Before I go on with my second criticism, I want to say that I am not a mechanic and have no knowledge of how to do repairs so this is just a guess on my part. After the tire was repaired, my car shakes at certain speeds and I believe the wheels need to be balanced. Shouldn't they have done that? Or at least, not made them unbalanced? After reading so many good things about them here, and realizing that my problems with them may be overly harsh, I'm going to give them another try. I'll post here how it goes."

"I wanted my kitchen entirely redesigned, but I needed help with the final vision. Some builders are only able to do what you ask. Pierre was able to provided design ideas, color suggestions, samples, etc. He was able to build me a more beautiful kitchen than anything I could have designed. My new kitchen has a better layout, tile floor, granite countertop, sold wood cabinets, all new appliances, including a wall oven - something I always wanted, and a built-in granite bench area. The plumbing was upgraded as well as the lighting which is all energy efficient LED."

"I own a Victorian house and the formal entrance had seen better days. It was dingy, shabby, and in need of a modern update. I contacted Charlie based on all the positive reviews on Angie's list. He came to the house to review the scope of the project and then sent me an estimate which I considered to be fair and hired him. He installed a brand new ceiling on the second floor which is beautiful. The narrow ceiling on the first floor was able to be saved. His crew scraped off the peeling calcite paint and then put a skim coat over mesh which saved the ceiling and and also saved me money. Before painting the high walls by the staircase he decided the plaster needed a skim coat to make the walls smooth and so he applied it at no extra charge. Charlie and his crew are extremely professional and courteous and do great work. They don't take shortcuts and go the extra mile to make the project look spectacular. In short, he was able to take my vision and turn it into reality. For this I am extremely grateful. I now have a formal entrance and a hallway that is extremely beautiful. RJP Manchester, NH"

"We've used PBS before for a basement remodel. On the first of the two occasions in question - 2 years ago - our rear gutters started making a buzzing sound when the wind blew from the side of the house. It was very loud and annoying - sleep-denyingly so. It was mid-summer and T-storms were coming constantly so I texted PBS owner, Pete Ceraldi, and gave him the scoop. He had a crew to our place within 2 days to put everything in order. Golden. Jump to this year (2017). 3 Feet of snow had fallen within a week and then mid-60s temps were making waste of Mother Nature's thick, white blanket. The quick melting caused snow and ice to slide swiftly off of our roof ripping our gutters down in the process. Another text to Pete - he responded same day - from New Zealand, on vacation! That was on a Sunday. By Wednesday he (still in NZ) had a contractor crew to our place to pull all the gutters down, clean them up, and re-install. Twice Golden."

"Hanover Hill did an awesome job from start to finish. Bill came and did the quote. Mike and Nate installed the door. I live in an old camp house so the door had to be special ordered. It is beautiful. All the employees were prompt,courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They were recommended by a friend who used them to replace his front door. "Francois Nesli of Conservation Services Group performed the energy assessment program for our house. We received a detailed report with recommendations, the efficiency light bulbs as well as recommendations for the service providers to insulate our house etc. Francois was professional, always on time, communicated well via both email and phone, it was all a great experience. He even helped my husband hang a complicated hand-made light fixture which was not part of the job! :) <br />"

"There are important things all consumers of network need to understand: 1: they send a sales guy to talk to you initially, not an expert on installation. 2: they don’t send experts who are knowledgeable about doing the work until the day of. 3: They use tactics in their sales pitch that are easily manipulative and misleading! Initially we talked to the salesman to get our quote. They went through a whole PowerPoint slide about their company, boasting and basically wasting our time with the companies info for 1 hour and 40 min. They say if anything comes up as they are working on your project they will take care of it. (Remember the last sentence before this for later) so we are told it’s going to be discounted if we chose to go with the project today. Basically a high pressure sales pitch. So we wait up to 2 months and a half to get a date where we can have the project done. During this whole time, as stated before, they do not end any professional who would be knowledgeable about the work beforehand during this time. The day they arrive to do the job, they say the floor isn’t leveled. This was a true statement, however you would think hey it’s ok, they found something and should cover it as they do their work. NOPE!!! Remember, they will fix it as they are working on it!!! They instead take a few pictures, sit in their car for about an hour and then I get a phone call from a receptionist saying they won’t do the work until I level the floor. They could have had someone inspect the area before hand to warn me, or stuck to their promise but no, they use the loop hole of saying that they will fix anything that comes up while they are physically working, so instead they refuse to work unless I fix it first. Stick with me, it gets worse. One of the things that made me choose this company was that they initially told me it would definitely be done in a day. (Spoiler alert, the salesman does blatantly lie and say this and it won’t happen) so I suck it up, call someone the same day they refused to start and get someone to fully gut out the flooring and make it prestine all that same day. I called new pro back, sent pictures and they agreed to come back in 4 days to do the work. Then when they come back, they kept going back and forth on removing a wall or not to put my shower in when this is something they should have known for a long time. They come in, took a look, and went to their call for an hour. I get a call from the same receptionist as before and they say, we won’t replace on of the ceiling tiles and also we won’t paint your wall we need to install when we put in your shower. Tell me, why the **** am I paying 13,000 dollars for? Literally they can spare replacing a single ceiling tile, putting in the shower, and painting the wall they replace. It makes absolutely no sense to me why the **** im paying them 13,000 dollars for this service. Now here’s the kicker too. I am a veteran, and the initial salesman tried to play on this by saying we value our servicemembers and do absolutely whatever we can to make the experience easy on them. I asked the salesman about the tile on the ceiling, the wall that would have to be replaced, the fact that if it was removed it should be repainted by new pro. All these things he said ups be covered and are not!!! Do not trust new pro. All you will get is a salesman who promises you things, workers who literally tell you the salesman is incompetent, and a receptionist who has an attitude with you because you are concerned about your living space and want to ensure it will be ok. I can’t stress this enough, do not go to new pro, other people will value you as a customer so much more, give you a greater price, and will be very grateful for your bussiness."
