I have a 4' crawl space. You can barely crouch. No problem! That's why God invented knee pads. They foamed and installed the insulation like it was their own home. It was a work of art. and came out better than I imagined. They patiently indulged my "old man" inquisitiveness. The crew represented Insul-Kings very well. I highly recommend them. This was done through the Mass Save program. So the $2100 job only cost me about $500.00"

"After dealing with many disappointing contractors/handymen, Charlie & Richard were a (shocking) breath of fresh air and worth every penny. This company takes pride in their work and these two men truly want to do the best job for their customers in the long run. They do not cut corners at all and have extreme attention to detail. From the beginning, Charlie was organized, responsive and detailed in his quote. Over the course of 2 weeks, Richard and Charlie were consistently punctual and took great care to be respectful of our home (always used drop cloths everywhere they walked, swept/cleaned up after themselves daily & used the proper machines/filters so dust wouldn’t end up all over our house). The painting and drywall repair came out beautiful! I only wish I found this company sooner, but we will definitely be hiring Charlie & Richard again!"

"DON?T ever hire this company. They came and put six mice bait boxes in my house, tracked in mud and snow on my floors and carpeting. Also the technician was taking my bait stations I had previously put down and putting them into her box. Complete THEFT!!! No exclusions done. Please do not hire this company. It cost me $282 for that work. Totally ridiculous The site ANGI gives them rave reviews. How did that happen? "

"We were thrilled to have the support of Mr. Garand and his team in rebuilding our bathroom after is suffered water and sewer damage. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable cost. They recommended materials and supplies which improved both the appearance and functionality of the room. He has a great network of support tradespeople who we were able to call on to work on other parts of the home. Mr. Garand and his team communicated honestly and routinely about what they were doing. They kept the work area clean and well organized. They worked with our schedule as much as possible. And, they helped us find some construction materials at a lower cost and of better quality than we could find on our own thanks to their connections. We plan to bring them back for more renovation."

"Lenny and Lisa are great. During the demolition phase, Lenny took great care to cover our hardwood floors and cleaned thoroughly while removing the countertops and backsplash which really helped to keep the dust level down. Lisa recommended vendors for our granite, tile backsplash and sink - they were all so helpful. We have never done a kitchen renovation before and were a little anxious about the process and making choices. Lenny allayed our fears and was spot on with suggestions. Lisa was always available for communication and answering questions. The sub-contractors were all excellent, personable and professional. The whole job was finished ahead of schedule which allowed for our 18 month old granddaughter to come for an earlier visit! Overall we are thrilled with the outcome and will definitely use Apple Wood for future projects!"

"I had 3 doors installed to replace old ones for a newer look that have all had problems opening and closing because of the door hitting the frame due to the door not being hung even. I’ve reached out to have this issue fixed and all he did was come out and put dust in the screw hole and rescrew it in. A few months later now and the issue has arisen again with no response from them for help. They do half quality work and I do not recommend moving forward. I paid over 3k for these 3 doors I bought to be installed and that includes no trim work just for the new frame to be damaged."
