We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"Freeport Garage Door is HORRIBLE! Don't go here unless you want to be treated rudely and given sub quality work My garage door came off it's track, "Karen" the alleged owner, sent out a technician, Erik whose sub standard work only lasted hours after his poor attempt to repair my door. When I called that Karen on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving she lied and said her store would not be open until Tuesday... I called Monday to leave a voicemail and that Karen assistant. and older raspy sounding woman said, "Yes were open for business". I started to tell her about the issues with their sub quality work.. the door off the track, the lock their incompetent technician, Erik installed, could not be opened with extra keys I had made at a licensed locksmith. The older woman started a conversation with that Karen who later got on the phone with her nasty attitude and rude disposition. At this point I was frustrated and annoyed with her lack of respect. My 90 year old mother pick up the phone to disarmed the situation and that Karen told her she would call her back in the afternoon for a another technician to come out.. that was Monday, November 28, 2022 at 1pm.. it's now Tuesday and we'er still waiting for that call. I truly believe in supporting local business, but when customers are given sub standard work and charged top dollar than met with disrespect, and lies then they don't deserve to have well paying customers. Don't use this place, we deserve better when there is other companies who want our business and treat you with respect."
