"Initially engaged locksmith to replace existing deadbolt with a smart lock, was later by over an hour from the agreed time. I had locked myself out by the time he arrived so had him provide lockout services (he ended up drilling the lock while the next day i also got locked out again and a new locksmith easily opened it with a flat structure). Then he agreed to come the next day to finish the original job but did not, was unresponsive until i had engaged a different locksmith to complete the job. Also charged an "on call" fee which the other locksmith did not charge. I recommend finding alternatives, this was an unprofessional experience."
