We ended up having the upper portion of the chimney taken down and rebuilt, plus some maintenance on the lower portion of the chimney. The crew arrived on time and did the work in a very timely and professional manner. We were especially impressed with how all members of the crew seemed to genuinely want to do a good job and ensure that we were happy with the work. While operating aloft, the crew wore fall protection equipment which indicates the company's concern for its employees as well as OSHA compliance. The job was finished on time and for the estimated price and there was timely communication from the office staff.
