"I had a couple companies provide quotes to paint wood trim and a stair case white and Toth offered a competitive quote. I am very detail oriented and have high standards so typically do most work myself but was looking for a professional for this job due to the expected time it would take me to complete to my standards. Kris was prompt and had a crew quickly complete the job in just two days but I felt like they rushed to complete and were not as thorough as I or some other professionals may have been. For example, other companies mentioned caulking around all molding and filling dents and scratches prior to painting. I did not ask Kris about this and the crew simply painted over surface defects, resulting in a finished look less desirable than what I hoped for. There were also several areas I noticed with incomplete coverage where the wood color is still visible and runs on spindles. You can see these flaws in the attached pictures. They are not easily noticeable when passing by but still defects that I would have corrected if I was doing the job myself. While it was great to have the project done quickly and at a price I felt was reasonable, overall I was not as satisfied with the outcome as I hoped. I think Toth is a great option if budget is a primary concern but for a high quality result I would consider other contractors."
