So, I was a pleasantly surprised when Kevan responded to my voicemail and showed up for the scheduled appointment. Water was leaking into my back room from underneath the deck and creating issues. Kevan came out and assessed the problem and devised a solution. Kevan & Drew showed up as assured. The process was explained every step of the way, so I had a very clear understanding of what was being done and why. Both Kevan & Drew were professional, and their work is quality work. Tim and Blake came out to do the job which took a day and half. To be honest I thought I would have to do some clean up after the job BUT these two techs were Fantastic. We realize Berico is the premium heating and air company in the Triad. However Tim and Blake were polite, detail minded, and very professional. The work was outstanding and the two left nothing for us to clean up. Paying a little more is well worth the quality of work they did."

"The deck was not built to the plan as contracted in picture and graph and writing. When we met with the owner and then with his workman, they both said they build the deck according to the plan. So we signed the contract. But then the workman showed up with the lumber already purchased, they did not have a copy of the plan. They built a deck that did not match the plan. We paid them in full. We met with the supervisor and he agreed that it was not according to plan. We told them to just remove the deck and we would get someone else to do it. They would not even do that. Our remedy is to go to court."

"I contacted 3 different companies, and this is the only one that I recommend. Our salesman Kent Tysinger was wonderful. He was the only one that showed us pictures of our house underneath it. He even called me one night after his working houses to answer my question. He recommended what would work and he was correct. It took less than a week for the job to be started. Jonathan Stone & his crew came to the job site for one week. Each day Jonathan or one of his crew members would tell me what they were doing that day. When the day ended one of his crew members would come tell me that they were leaving and that they would be back the next day and they always arrived at the time that was stated. I had some concerns, and the GM manager came to my house and assisted with the issues. Also, when the job was completed, Jonathan went over all the pictures that he took of the complete job. All I can say is that this company better keep the employees that has assisted me with my job. We are so satisfied with the complete work."

"I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."
