He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). "Tony came and inspected my fireplace chimney as well as the heating chimney. He let me know what needed to be done to bring everything up to code. On the day of service, 2 crew members came to do the job. They swept the fireplace flue and applied the Thermocrete ceramic liner inside. They also installed a new damper and chimney cap. On the exterior, they repaired damaged bricks and mortar and rebuilt the concrete crown. They also installed bluestone slabs on the chimney shoulders and waterproofed the entire exterior from top to bottom. They also repaired some of the loose mortar on the interior as well. For the heating chimney they installed a new stainless steel liner to vent the boiler and hot water heater to code. They also installed a stainless steel chimney cap and double tee. The guys did a fantastic job. They cleaned up after themselves and also gave me good tips. I would definitely recommend 1 Hour Chimney and use them again in the future."
