"Great experience with Sullivan heating, cooling and plumbing. They installed a brand new central AC unit in my home and did an excellent job. Very clean and professional installation. Even my city inspector commented on how excellent the work was. I recommend Sullivan highly."

"Next day appointment to diagnose the problem. We ended up needing a new system. Got it installed the next day. Salesman showed us the "premium package" but did not push us into buying anything we didn't want or need."

"Hired JT to install central air into our home. He was very polite and professional throughout the installation. He took the time to explain the process completely. The install went flawlessly, the work area was cleaned up better than new. Any questions my wife had after the installation were answered promptly and professionally also. Highly recommended, will definitely use his company for any future projects."

"Crome Mechanical is the best! We have hot-water baseboard heat, which we love, but that means no duct-work for a/c. Our research showed a 'split' would meet our needs, and Lennox was the recommended brand. I contacted Crome and was visited within several days by the owner. He was extremely knowledgable and very friendly. His technicians did a perfect installation. We were so impressed by Crome and the equipment, we had a 2nd split installed the next year. I cannot recommend Crome enough!"

"Bottom line was I needed a very competitive price and B & B Heating and Cooling did it for me. We needed two furnaces installed in the same location and wanted a break, no one could beat B & B. He cut his labor and he gave an additional discount. The inspector said they did a wonderful job."

"They've maintenanced my furnace before I required a new one and they've always maintenanced the new one since I got it replaced about 3 years ago. Very easy to work with. I think I've been using them since 2008."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Went OK. They did the work and it 'mostly worked' when they were done. I say mostly because the pressure valve was blowing off of the boiler when they were done (This was NOT happening before they had done the work). I had noticed this the day after I had paid. I contacted them and they wanted to replace the expansion tank and charge me $200. I asked - shouldn't this be covered under the initial work of $4600? They said the part wasn't explicitly in the quote. Frankly at this point to replace what really was a $40 part and half hour of time to do a fully finished job (for $4600). For 1. How am I supposed to know (as a customer) what should be on the quote for a fully finished job (pumps, piping, etc? - they are the expert) 2. How am I supposed to know this isnt their fault. (Shouldnt an autofilling expansion tank be connected to the incoming water supply?) Frankly not standing fully behind their work and making sure they do everything to do a good, finished job - left a 'bad' taste in my mouth. In the end I replaced the auto-filling expansion tank with an Extrol expansion tank for $40 and it took me less than an hour. After that it all appears to work."

"Excellent. They explained the process to us before starting, took before and after photos of the ducts. They worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly when they finished."

"Terri was excellent. He provided a prompt quote, was flexible in scheduling and was able to repair our AC unit within one week of giving us a quote! I would highly recommend him to everyone looking for professional, trustworthy and experienced person for their job."
