"We wanted to get our 3 bathrooms redesigned and had a few plans in mind as far as design. After getting quotes from a few contractors, we decided to go with Royalty design & build. Their quote was very competitive and they were very professional. We wanted the work to be done as quickly as possible before our vacation in Europe. Lavi promised us that it will be done in 8 weeks and he kept his word. As the work began, we had some issues regarding structural, but Lavi was very efficient and worked around it to solve the issue and give us exactly what we had asked for. Even with the materials, Lavi made sure we got a good deal and also helped save some cost with his contractor license discounts. We got a great looking bathrooms and our friends loved it too. Would 100% recommend this awesome group!"

We had a retaining wall and pavers put in with drainage, along with installing an extra propane outlet for a fire pit, and everything went as planned and came out great! "Al and his assistant installed two window air conditioning units in windows that another installer said could not be done. The other installer from TaskR installed one of the units in a non-preferred window and left quite a mess, including crooked drill holes in my wooded sills. (My place is 105 years old, but my window sills have metal frames and modern windows.) Al and his assistant’s work was perfection! I was so pleased, I have already referred Al to 2 neighbors. Al is great at communication, very pleasant to work with, and honest. They cleaned up everything and offered to take the boxes and packing materials out to my bins. This was a relatively small job, but worth the money. Al charges a 2-hour minimum, which is more than fair. I will hire Al again and continuing recommending him and his team."
