"I've called 20 times because the pilot light keeps going out, and I wanted him to come and see what the problem was. He never called back. I paid for the service, but I can't understand why that man hasn't returned my call."

"Terrible experience spent so much money with a guaranteed warranty for accepted job only to find he wasn't so nice and polite once I pointed out issues with incoming water issues remain the same, as if no work had been done. His own worker told me alone in private "I told him more should have been done." Joseph Safie aka Joey Safie works under Licensed Number 2102196780, which is SAS Services, Inc. - Don't let him scream at you when you have a warranty problem or bully you telling you that you have the wrong company, review the license on contract. The company is licensed under SAS Services, Inc - check out reviews under that name. Joey refused to honor his promise on workmanship or warranty, and only offered to charge me thousands more with no proof of drainage connection on work performed. Zero Integrity and Honor of Workmanship. Don't endure the drama of his Jekyl and Hyde persona of this contractor that works under licensed name SAS Services, Inc. (look up reviews there before anything else)."

"What made their service so good was their professionalism; they didn't stop working until the job was done. No matter what little problems came up, they kept going. They are excellent, professional, and very pleasant."

"McCarver Heating and cooling is probably the worst contractor I have ever worked with. Chris McCarver (the owner is rude and non-responsive). I needed a new compressor for my unit, he waited over 8 days before he called me. When he finally did, he did not even come for a free estimate. He asked to see a photo of the unit. I called the previous AC person, since I was not home and asked for a photo of the unit. I sent it on to McCarver and he showed up after another week. He was not wearing a mask while he was working on the unit. He attempted to install the compressor for 30 minutes and then called me up and announced that the photo sent was a different compressor from the one that was needed. He raised his voice and was complaining how I had him waste his time on this. I could not believe how rude he was. Then his assistant Christine sent a new estimate for the new compressor. $2200 for the compressor. $115 for McCarver showing up and trying to put the wrong part in $125 for freight PLUS they were going to charge freight for the new unit that they ordered. If that doesn’t sound like a scam, I don’t know what does. As you can imagine, we were not going to be punished for a good-faith mistake so we asked to have the whole job canceled. They advertise free estimates which begs the question, why didn't McCarver Mechanical provide a free estimate before ordering a part? Unfortunately, McCarver forces customers into giving deposits. So I deposited $500. It took several emails and complaints to get $375 back. His office manager refused to refund us $125 back. Please avoid McCarver Mechanical at all costs."

"We had a very disappointing experience with Randazzo Heating & Cooling. A technician came out and claimed a part in our AC unit was broken, quoting us over $700 for the replacement. After the part was installed, the AC still didn’t work. He then said the issue was due to low R22 refrigerant, but also told us that they no longer carry R22 because it's outdated. His solution? Replace the entire unit — at a cost of over $7,000. We end up find someone else to fix the AC. Unfortunately, the $700+ we already paid Randazzo was completely wasted. This experience felt like upselling and misdiagnosis, and we would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest or competent service."
