"A+ to Team Russell. WELL WORTH THE WAIT! Our basement was a large, empty and mostly non-functional space. No storage, no nuthin’. We drew up a wish list which ultimately became a detailed plan with two rooms, a full bathroom, an egress window, new stairs and electrical box, and storage that included many shelves and doors. Other contractors might run screaming from customers like us, but these people—these talented, highly-skilled, hard-working people said, “Okay!” Over the years really good men and women have help repaire and maintain our homes. No one provided the level of service that Russell Renovations provided. We were immediately impressed with Tim Russell’s responsiveness. His communication was great. He was fair in his estimate and realistic in his scheduling. When work began on our project, he and his son showed up when they said they would show up. They worked long hours and honored their commitment to getting this job done on time and within budget. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. They also happen to be delightful, exceptionally considerate human beings. In addition, the other trades they brought in were very good. It was no small feat coordinating all the activity on this project. We truly appreciated all the extra effort and are so pleased with the results! Services included removal of a load bearing wall, new windows, door, electrical, cabinet install. "I had ice jam damage to my flat roofed sunroom. I called several companies for estimates, some stating my job was too small for them to bother with, others saying I needed a whole new roof without ever getting on a ladder to look at it. Rick from Tri Town Roofing came out and not only examined the roof, determined my problem, but also took photos to show me what he was talking about. I was so happy to know I didn't need a whole new roof right now! After deciding to hire them, they stated they would fit my job in between other bigger jobs they had. On a Friday night at 6:00, Rick came by to repair the damage and took photos of the repairs he did. I was billed for the work, and couldn't be more pleased. This company did not try to rip off a senior widow and I have the utmost respect for the integrity they showed. I would definitely use them again."

"Glen arrived at my house promptly. He was personable, friendly, professional and very thorough. I originally was interested in having insulation blown in to the exterior walls. Glen evaluated my home. He and recommended that I concentrate on insulating the upper area of my home, as I no longer had any insulation in that area. The other contractors that came to my home never said anything about my existing issues, they just quoted a price for the blown in insulation. So I knew Glen was the person for the job. "Ed and the guys did a wonderful job on my historic home. They showed up when they said they would, rescheduled because I needed to push them out a week, were polite and careful of my home, communicated well and were funny, too! I have been renovating an historic home and Superior Insulation has been here 3 times now as I am phasing in my project. Patty in the office is wonderful to work with and the owner, Jim, is easy to work with. Overall, an A from me! I am a teacher and a tough grader. lol"

"They showed up on time that morning and got to work immediately. They had a fair amount of work cut out for them, as I was converting my home from a 2-family home back to its original single-family home layout. They removed the 2 old hot water tanks that were in the basement, reconfigured the plumbing to tie everything together into 1 system, replaced a lot of shoddy plumbing done by previous homeowners, and installed a tank-less water heater. They completed the work the same day. There were no significant, unpleasant surprises. The work was completed 10 months ago, and there hasn't been an issue since."
