Kept me in touch on schedule & arrival time. Would hire again. I have to presume the repair job is correct; it looks good. Price was reasonable--in between an ultra-high "rebuild the whole thing" quote and a low ball quote from someone who never followed up."

"they made a mess of my yard ,they left my basement full of dust and cement. my whole house is covered with it. i bitched about it and they came out to clean it up, after a few minutes the said no-way . they sent me a check for 200 dollars , my wife and i with two maids are still cleaning . i think if we dont fix it soon my lungs will harden with cement.the wall covering was cut to long and has buckles in it.at this point i dont think there is anything they can or will do to make me happy.it's a lot of money to have to still be cleaning up after a month later. i see no end to it <br />"

They called the day before to confirm, arrived on time, did a fabulous job of cleaning the chimney and installed a chimney cap. <br /> We purchased our home about a year ago. Apparently, some migrating chimney swifts had been making our chimney home for some years (house had been vacant). Top to Bottom Chimney Service was able to remove all the droppings and put a cap on to deter future nesting. <br /> One more thing - the house was left as clean as when they arrived. Richard was first to respond with an estimate, and was always prompt with return calls throughout the project. This never changed. <br /> Richard was onsite working with his crew. They did the entire 2500 sq foot roof in 2 days including significant rotting repair and an improvement to our gutter system. <br /> While removing the remove, his guys knocked a big chunk of stucco off our chimney. I had noticed the big crack that had been worsening there for years...it was just a matter of time. Without asking, Richard called a subcontractor to come repair it at his own cost. I didn't let him pay for it, because i knew it was already vulnerable. But I was amazed that Richard was willing to take full responsibility for everything. <br /> The crew did a GREAT job of cleaning up after their work. <br /> Throughout the process, Richard took photos of their work. He showed us of rot where roofing had to be replaced. There were no surprises. He also got to the root cause of some long term problems that were all associated with how the original roof had been put in place (really lousy or nonexistent flashing work!!!) <br /> This was a STELLAR experience <br /> <br />"
