"We've used Vonderhaar in the past and been satisfied. In this instance, we scheduled to have them check out the gas fireplace at our rental property. We had to wait 6 weeks for the appointment. The girl they sent out didn't seem to have a clue how to fix it and finally told my tenant that the gas valve needed to be replaced on a fireplace that was 18 months old. We never got a quote for what it would take to replace the gas valve but we we kept getting invoiced for the service call.
