"Renovec went above and beyond for our bathroom demo and remodel, a number of upgrades to a second bathroom, installing a new upstairs laundry room, the repair and replacement of overhead light fixtures in two other rooms, and the replacement of rotted deck planks in my family home. When unexpected scenarios came up (as may happen with multi-faceted jobs, especially with an older home), Renovec did not create change orders but rather came up with innovative, responsible, and aesthetically pleasing solutions that the company implemented at cost. The PM always picked up the phone when I called or called me back within a few minutes in response to any question or concern I had, and the owner was also responsive, even though it was clear that the company was not making top dollar on this job. They were just honorable in addition to being skilled. From my experience, Renovec is a company that takes pride in what they do and cares about the people they are doing it for."
