Addition Contractors in Geneva, IL

"I have been in and out of a lot of new construction in Lake County, and the work stands out. The finishes are a real step above what you usually see, and the trim, cabinetry and tile were all clean and well executed. What impressed me most is that the house was fully custom, so nothing was pulled off a standard plan. Every detail had to be decided and built from scratch, and it still came out cohesive and thought through. The team was easy to deal with, responsive when questions came up, and they kept the job moving. If your are thinking about building custom in this area, It is highly suggested you to reach out to Icon Building Group."

"We had an excellent experience working with Robert Anthony from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout our kitchen remodel. His team completed our renovation on time, kept the workspace clean, and communicated with us every step of the way. The quality of the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations, and you can truly tell they take pride in their work. They transformed our kitcjen beautifully and made the entire process smooth and stress-free for my family. We are beyond happy with our kitchen and we couldn’t recommended him more."

"Damion, Omar, and crew were friendly, professional, punctual, and did exceptional work for a reasonable price. Damion was open, collaborative, and communicative when minor changes were needed along the way. We've worked with a lot of people in construction trades, and KCS is now at the top of our list. We've already recommended them to family."

"Outstanding service, high sense of urgency and moved quickly on my project. Love their design capabilities, flexibility and careful attention to detail. Great project management tool -- shows you how funds are spent in very clear detail. No room for error or guessing. Very helpful in helping me get project back no budget due to unexpected situations that arose and completely out of our control. I highly recommend Design First -- what a great decision to hire them for my project!!"

"Easy to work with, some good suggestions for kitchen remodeling, excellent workmen."

"Very high quality work, both by company workers and sub contractors. Due to permit and supply issues, took months to actually start construction, but then moved at a steady pace. Workers were on time, appeared when supposed to, and were very accommodating when additional requests were made that added to original contract, Also very personable and comfortable to be around. Original contract amount was very reasonable and change orders also reasonable and easily handled. They constantly checked in with me to make sure work being done met my expectations. I am very pleased with the result and feel I got a bargain. Barbara Burghardt , Glen Ellyn ."

"We are moving and placing our house on the market. We have a full finished basement that was completed 30 years ago and felt that the ceiling need some attention and upgrade to be more current standars. We met with Angelo of AP Builder & General Contractor about our desire to replace the acoustic ceiling tiles. As we looked things over we discussed the lighting situation as well which was also 30 years old and decided that replacing the lighting with current LED lighting would show off the basement better to prospective buyers. We got a quote within a day and then they were patient to wait until we had some other decisions on the sale made before we officially contracted. Once we signed the contact they had the materials secured, team assigned and the project complete in a week which was sooner than originally estimated to complete the job. I highly recommend Angelo and his team at AP Building & General Contractor LLC"
