"Scheduled fireplace insert three times over 6 months. First time canceled due to emergency. Second time canceled same day because did not have the insert (so scheduled work twice without actually having insert)..Today, scheduled for after 2 PM work. No show. No call. No response. If they happen to come, will update review Currently, Flue Tech appears to be just a big joke. Would not trust them to clean my floor, much less fix something that could burn your home down."

"Discovered that a liner was needed to be put in as pieces were breaking in the original. Not only did they clean the chimney but they put in the liner and a new outside cap put on as the other came off with the high winds we had. This was in February 2019; they did an excellent job, were on time and very helpful; cleaned up better than the basement area looked before they came in. Informed me that since I had converted to gas and with the new liner didn't need cleaning again as gas is clean and efficient. They relieved my mind considerably; I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services."

"Ed and his team are FANTASTIC! Based on the great reviews by others on AL, I called Ed and he came to inspect our home. Although he had a busy schedule, he was able to squeeze us in quickly ( we really needed it!), and the recent storm left us dry and comfy for the first time in years! The work was first rate, and when they left, you could not tell that anything had been done- the area was pristine. I would recommend Ed for all your waterproofing needs!
