"I had 3 other bids before Mick Prendergast and also had the time to do a little reading about what the project entailed. Was thrilled when Mick came over and we discussed the project and he demonstrated his skill and experience. His bid was higher than other 2 bidders who I was suspicious over being too low but lower than the third (who never explained why the bid was so ridiculously high); I added two more projects onto the original and the bid for all 3 came in very fair. Mick was fantastic to work with â really knew his stuff. All three projects were completed extremely efficiently, cleanly â he even did more than asked but the final price was exactly what he bid. Will definitely invite him back for future and highly recommend."

"Micheal was timely when he met with us to go over the work that we wanted to get done. A brick wall to give us privacy in the back of the house with a strip of paved flooring for our new outdoor grill and cabinets, front steps and paved pathway to the front entrance of the house. He was so patient and came up with a lot of great ideas such as adding out door multi color led strip lighting around the new wall and garage. Which adds a wonderful ambience to our outdoor entertaining. The price was fair and Micheal and his team were professional, worked precise and they take Pride in their Craft. "Took 3 visits but was well worth the time, attention and patience to get the job done right. First day was inspection and quote for repairs/materials. Work started that day to patch the cement crown that was cracked and channeling water down one side of the chimney eroding bricks. A bowed metal plate on the chimney to shed water between the two flue caps was flattened and sealed with cement so it did not show from the ground and so flies would stop entering into the house thru one of the flues. Crumbling mortar was replaced between bricks and bricks were waterproofed. The chimney was measured and the cap to cover the entire chimney was ordered. The 2nd visit got rained out. The 3rd visit was a good weather day and the cap was assembled, installed and cemented in place. It is amazing how strong the animal guard around the 4 sides of the chimney is. The crew at all times was friendly, courteous & very competent being careful to do the entire project as if it was their home."

They completed the work promptly & on schedule. The stairs not only look beautiful but from start to finish they took personal care to do a beautiful job. You could see the pride taken in their work. I was so happy with their work that I immediately asked them to do another job (drywall) for me. Another excellent part of their work is that they do it all themselves!â ¦.no subcontractors. Aside from doing such great work, I was very impressed with their friendliness & courtesy. I will totally hire them again for future jobs."
