"EXCELLENT SERVICE .. I called Gabe on Thursday 7/25/24, MID AFTERNOON.. asked if he could come out TODAY.. he said YES ! Other companies I called REFUSED to come until the NEXT DAY OR BEYOND . They promptly showed up diagnosed my problem on the old unit .. I decided to go with a complete new HVAC system .. Gabe quoted me an EXACT acceptable price on a trane hvac system ( a/c and heating units) THEY CAME THE VERY NEXT DAY WITH ALL THE PARTS NEEDED TO DO THE JOB AND DID THE JOB IN ONE DAY .. in 100 degree temps … now how’s that for service? If you ever need hvac work done whether it new install or repair call Gabe at Airmax .. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID !!!!!!!"

Not having had need for this type of service from other professionals in this area nor the comparative experience from the service provided thereof, I found it necessary therefore to rate this pro as indicated-three star. The project was started on August 5, 2025 and it was completed on August 8, 2025. Thereafter, an issue arose with the integrity of the cooling operation of the installed unit - most notably the thermostat. Mr. Lopez, of T Stat Heating and Cooling, has addressed the issue and his service people have changed the thermostat - on Monday, August 11, 2025. The service individuals changed the thermostat and monitored its operation - the cooling issue was not resolved. They indicated that they would return on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The temperatures in this area have been in the 100s. In context of this relevant experience it is not just to make a true accessment. Thank you"

"They lacked of bit of responsiveness in regard to contacting me about delays or times they would be there. I missed 2 days of work waiting for them, the first day they didn't call to tell me they weren't going to show up because the motor they ordered was not the correct one, and the second day they overbooked a job so they arrived late in the afternoon. The repair Tech however was very nice and professional. They just need to work on their customer service skills, like letting the customer know of any delays."

AC back on same day with a temporary thermostat, full replacement with new thermostat, project completed the very next day. "Started with a Code 31 - pressure valve - ended with Paul discovering all the original contractor code and installation errors on a 5yr old furnace! We had to change out the too small 2” air intake / exhaust pipes. Paul had to work in an extremely confined space to replace the pipes with a 3” intake/exhaust pipe with minimum impact to finished ceiling and exterior walls. All work was in compliance with a City permit he obtained. In the process, he found the furnace circuit board had a factory “bulletin” that required replacement (covered by warranty). In the end, all work areas were repaired, painted, and cleaned up. He also discovered and repaired a poorly connected exhaust pipe on our tankless hot water heater that would have been a future problem. Paul and his crew did a fantastic job, worked long hours to meet our tight schedule, resolving many difficult complex problems along the way. Very detailed oriented - great value of services provided."

Albert and his crew came in and found the problem. Then recommended replacing the systems as they were way old. Albert worked up a good deal and spelled out what was needed and what to expect.
