"Classic Pest Control and Insulation is fantastic to work with. We dealt with many other companies and contractors as part of a bigger project, and Classic was clearly the best. We called them in after checking out some other companies. They were by far the most knowledgeable and professional and did the best work. We originally hired them to remove and reinstall our attic insulation as part of a bigger project (mold remediation). However, we ended up hiring them to take care of our crawl space and pest control when another well-known company failed to follow up and complete the job properly. They removed, cleaned, reinsulated, and provided pest remediation for both our attic and crawlspace. However, after we agreed on a price and the down payment was provided, there were delays in starting the job, and the responsiveness to my inquiry calls was less than impressive. I will say that when we did get the work started, his crew was prompt and professional. They were good about sealing off the work area, and they maintained a level of cleanliness over the 3 days it took them to complete the work. They did complete the job a day earlier than originally anticipated, so I was pleased about that.
