Customers say: Quick response

"Rob responded immediately to the Angie's list request. We made an appointment and he showed up on time. He immediately went to work and explained what he was doing when I asked him. He was very careful to put on slippers to replace his boots. He also laid a tarp to keep the dust from dirtying the fireplace hearth. He quickly assessed the ignition problem and fixed it. ($150) He then moved to rapidly clean the dryer vent ($140). He was professional throughout. I will hire him again."

"At the beginning, there was a problem when Mason Man's estimator cancelled my appointment a few minutes before he was to arrive. Since I was in a hurry to repair the sidewalk at my lease house, I requested that another person come out the same day. Mason Man sent another representative to meet with me on the same day, and they were able to schedule the work just a few days later. The crew even stopped to purchase donuts for me when they realized they were running late to my job. The sidewalk repair & other masonry work looks great."

"I highly recommend Bryce for all your HVAC needs. He is very knowledgeable and graciously took the time to explain all his repairs in detail and answer all my questions. He went the extra mile with service and I appreciate his honesty and not trying to up-sell on his services. Not only that, but his prices were more than reasonable for the level of service he provided. He had to come back twice to complete the job since he didn't have parts on his truck and came on a Saturday and Sunday when it was convenient for me, and not him. What more can I say, Bryce is the real deal I won' hesitate for one second to us him again when the time comes.

"Mark worked with me to clarify exactly what I wanted, and then he got materials and installed many shelves of different lengths and widths in my shed, along with a number of hooks. He also did some small repairs in the house. He was fast and efficient, and I am very happy with the work he did - it came out great."

"John and his crew did a tremendous job installing new siding around the entire house and building a patio covering. John transformed an unusable slab on concrete into a beautiful outdoor seating area. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and timeliness. The project only took about 4 weeks from quote to completion. I highly recommend using John for any outdoor projects."

"What made Richard first stand out among other deck builders were his relationship with his past customers and his patience. To help us to make our decision on what material to use, Richard took me to 3 sites where he had installed a Leuders limestone deck, a cedar deck, and a Ipe/Garape deck. All of his past clients were happy to see him, and all three discussed plans for future projects with him. At no time did he pressure us to make a decision. He provided us with lots of information, and then he let us make our choice.

For our deck Richard proposed several design changes that made quite a difference.  Richard saw beyond what we had to what we could have. He provided us with several 3-D designs along the way that helped us to visualize the final design.

Richard and his crew did beautiful work that impressed my husband and father-in-law. My husband wrote: "RIchard did a top quality job building the deck.  He focused on details big and small like the footings, railings, spacing between boards, filing edges, and structural soundness.  Richard and his crew were the right choice to replace our deck."  The project took longer than expected, but RIchard made sure it was completed to his satisfaction-down to the last screw! He takes great pride in his work.

Richard is doing what he loves, and he is doing it well."

"Rick gave me a list of supplies to get and he showed up on time when he said he would. Our old door and frame had to be removed and a new door frame and trim had to be installed. It was an all day job since our new door was slightly different sized than our old one and the install was on a brick house. Rick had to add more trim to made the brick mold fit on the outside so our door wasn't for an inexperienced carpenter. Also we had carpenter ants in the past underneath the door pan which had rusted the door pan out and thus rotted out our door. So Rick replace the door pan with a plastic one this time. Rick did a fantastic job and everything came out the way we wanted it to. Rick stands by his work and he doesn't rush a job just to leave early. He stayed to make sure we liked everything he did. Along the way he also showed us what he was doing and notified us when there was an issue with something. Like I said it wasn't a quick easy job. We are very satisfied with Rick and we plan on hiring him again in the future to replace another door."
