This year was no exception. Ben came out to do the routine maintenance and address problems with the pump. In addition to being able to identify the issue and rectify it, he communicated with me and showed me some proactive things I could do to mitigate problems in the future."

"Our heat went out on Sunday morning.  The Representative called right away after we spoke with dispatch.  They came to the house within a few hours, and fixed the problem quickly.  When done, he explained what had caused the issue and how we can prevent it in the future. (Our furnace is in our laundry area, the lint from the dryer makes the igniter and flame sensor dusty).  He replaced the flame sensor and well as the igniter.  The price, for weekend service was $265.00.  This was much better service than we have received for a similar issue in the past.  I would definetely use this service again. <br /> <br />"
