"I locked my keys in the car .locksmith speed came very fast, opened the door and he was very nice . He also asked if I had any alcohol, before he opened the door . It was 2am on a Saturday . I said no but why are you asking. He said if I said yes or if he felt that I had been drinking he would not open the door and let an intoxicated person get behind the wheel. They found a fundamental flaw with the vent (pipe broken), and referred me to another person (a locksmith) to fix it. Charge was $1400. I think I should have vetted the service provider rather than going with the first one."

Eddie let me know of some options, including installing a new lock for a minimal charge, taking the old lock in to a locksmith with a key machine to get a new lock, or leaving it as is.
