"Tony came and inspected my fireplace chimney as well as the heating chimney. He let me know what needed to be done to bring everything up to code. On the day of service, 2 crew members came to do the job. They swept the fireplace flue and applied the Thermocrete ceramic liner inside. They also installed a new damper and chimney cap. On the exterior, they repaired damaged bricks and mortar and rebuilt the concrete crown. They also installed bluestone slabs on the chimney shoulders and waterproofed the entire exterior from top to bottom. They also repaired some of the loose mortar on the interior as well. For the heating chimney they installed a new stainless steel liner to vent the boiler and hot water heater to code. They also installed a stainless steel chimney cap and double tee. The guys did a fantastic job. They cleaned up after themselves and also gave me good tips. I would definitely recommend 1 Hour Chimney and use them again in the future."

They operated form the roof and inspected the entire chimney from top to bottom. Both men answered my lay questions kindly and with plenty of detail about minor and major issues they found and the forecasted schedule of when I should address them.
