Egress Window Installers in Newport, KY

"They focus on excellent customer service. No high pressure sales tactics. They vet and train subcontractors. Their consistent track record of excellent reviews sold me on doing business with them. Very happy with the results."

"Tri-State recently provided a bid for my patio project. Their price was neither the lowest nor the highest, but what set them apart was the quality of their knowledge and the reasoning behind their recommendations. While several other contractors I found through Angie’s suggested simply pouring the concrete slab directly on the ground, Tri-State explained the importance of additional support beneath the patio. They recommended installing piers under the slab to help minimize future movement and settling. Their approach demonstrated a deeper understanding of structural integrity and long-term performance. It was clear that their team has a strong engineering and structural repair background. Since they also specialize in foundation and structural repairs, I felt confident in their ability to design and build a patio that would last. I’m very happy with my whole experience. Highly recommend!"

"Had new drainage run from back of house to street. Crew arrived at the designated time and had the entire job completed in less than a day. Crew was respectful of property and left the area cleaned up. Did not completely tear up the yard as some places do. Dug a nice channel, placed the drainage pipe, and covered. Had no issues or complaints. Very pleased with the job they did. Would definitely recommend and would use again."
