We had to get rid of asbestos that wrapped around our old ducts, so Wais was able to arrange an abatement company to remove it all safely and responsibly before Lugerio's team came in to do the rest. There was no wait time, and everything was scheduled seamlessly. The team was thorough and extremely fair - they found that they needed one less duct, so Wais adjusted the final cost. "They were top notch right from the beginning. Jason came to the house and explained everything in detail. The crew arrived on time and started to work, but unfortunately, they discovered asbestos on the heating ducts, vents and the furnace connection. They could not do the job until the asbestos was professionally removed. They recommended a company (P.W. Stephen's) to accomplish that task… P.W.Stephen's removed the ducts and cleaned up all the asbestos. They too were excellent. Two days after the asbestos was scheduled to be removed, Jason scheduled the insulation project, which now included new insulated heater ducts. Kyle arrived with his crew and they went to work. And work they did; friendly, clean, efficient and thorough. Unfortunately, I was bedridden due to an accident, but Kyle explained everything they were doing, even taking photos of the before and after. Part of the project was to seal-up any possible entry places for rodents; OMG, they sealed-up places I never even thought of. The first morning that we had frost, our roof was covered with frost (meaning the insulation was keeping the heat in our house), whereas, neighboring homes, the frost and had melted off, due to their poor insulation. This was one obvious sign that Atticare had done excellent job. Yes, the project cost more than I had expected, but that was due to the presence of asbestos which was out of our control. Without any reservations, I highly recommend Atticare."
