"We entertained several bids, and went with Chimney USA because their proposal was detailed and we liked that they planned to use new brick which they said would match the brick of our house. We didn't go for the lowest bid, but for the best quality. Chimney USA were fantastic! Very respectful of our neighbours and our privacy. They did a stellar job tearing down and replacing the chimney with all new brick, tuckpointing below the roof line, replacing the flashing and the liner and connecting the liner to our water heater (our furnace vents out of the side of the house). I actually saw the mason using a level to ensure the chimney was at a perfect 90 degree angle from the ground. They replaced the chimney crown. The chimney looks more modern now, but absolutely blends with the exterior of our house. They cleaned our gutters and I see a lining in the gutters which should help to keep debris out in the future. Great people to work with, reasonable pricing and we would absolutely recommend Chimney USA to people we like. I have absolutely no complaints. We are delighted with their work, their professionalism and the value we received for the cost."

It turned out another repair company had "misinterpreted" a black mark from a prior flame on an heating element and Shawn saved us hundreds of dollars by explaining it did not need replacement. "Wotjek and his crew did an excellent job. We had them remove two short accent walls on the front of our home. After the removal, they used the old bricks to repair the corners so that you would never know that they had ever been any other way. The removal and repair where there had been an old window box was also done. They cleaned all the unused bricks and stacked them in our garage so we would have matching bricks should we ever need to replace or repair any of our masonry. He was very responsive and punctual. He came back to acid wash the mortar and we all agreed the mortar color wasn't what it should be. He has promised to return after winter to grind out and replace the mortar. This is fine with us and we trust that he will keep his promise. I will report back after that is completed. I highly recommend his work. We would hire him again if needed.

We found her very professional and easy to work with. During our meeting we found out that the company is a family owned business and the owners are hands on and involved in all aspects of the work.  During our consultation Maria listened to our concerns, likes and dislikes and was respectful of our budget.  She committed to a date to have a plan completed for us and met that commitment. Maria again came to our home and presented the design plans. The plan was detailed and professional. We tweaked the plan based on our specific likes and dislikes and budget. Maria promptly presented us with revised plan and quote. Based on final quote and and ease of working with Maria we chose to have her do the work. Maria and her crew were always on time and there when she said they would be. The crew was efficient, easy to communicate with and Maria was always present at start or finish of a task to ensure work done correctly. The products used were high quality and the plants were mature and healthy.  After living with our design a while we found changes we wanted to make. We called Maria and she came out and made the requested changes. We would highly recommend Maria Larios and Lawncare Plus Design for any landscape or hardscape project you have."
