The crew was nice, professional, answered all my questions about proper maintenance of ducting to keep it as clean as possible....the answer by the way is keep your air filters clean, change once a month in the summer or every other month in the fall and winter. They were very through, neat, and would point out if something wasn't covered by the package I bought and what it would cost if I wanted to add on the extra such as cleaning the dryer duct I mentioned previously or extra returns not included in the price. I think I had a total of 14 returns and the package only covered 10 so I paid the extra $60 to have those done too. After they left I would have never known they were there if I hadn't watched them perform the work and most importantly we no longer cough when the A/C unit turns on. <br />"

"Eric is terrific.  He did some general home repairs for me a few months ago, and provided some advice on my upcoming kitchen remodel.  When it came time for the remodel, I asked him to take a look at the cabinet plans, and he made some valuable suggestions on how to save some money.   <br /> While we were waiting for the cabinets to arrive, he removed the old kitchen linoleum tiles and cabinets.  The new porcelain tiles look great.  He installed the new cabinets with a minimum of disruption to the rest of the house.  After the countertops were installed by the manufacturer, he installed the new glass tile backsplash and ceiling fixture, and painted the remaining portions of the walls.   <br /> Eric has done a variety of jobs for me - everything from the kitchen remodel to installing a new tub stopper.   He's reliable and does excellent work.  His estimates are always accurate, so I was able to budget accordingly. <br /> Highly recommend!  And I will use him again in the future. <br />"

"I had John come out to evaluate our 21yr old tile roof to determine if we needed it replaced or if some maintenance could see us through another few years. He did a complete evaluation including taking pictures of the problem area and gave me a very complete explanation/estimate of what needed to be done. We ended up needing repairs in 2 areas of our tile roof and on our 2 flat patio roofs, as well as replacing some rotted wood. John kept me informed as to when he would begin work and after he started what he was finding as he went along, and options as needed. He even sanded and repainted the trim along the back of our house as part of the repair to the patio roofs - very thorough & high quality work! I'm very pleased with the end result and will bring him back for yearly inspections!"

"I initiated contact with Chuck Lefebvre by phone and he responded promptly. On his request, I texted him a collection of photos showing the damage. Chuck replied that he would need to inspect the damage on site before being able to provide options for repair, warning me that it was possible that a complete replacement might be necessary. Within a couple of days, Chuck inspected the damage and determined that repair was possible, estimating $650 depending upon the ability to locate matching stone. I was extremely pleased with this estimate and that a total replacement was not required. I gave Chuck the go-ahead to locate matching replacement stone and perform the repair. I also told Chuck that the work was not urgent and that I was fine with his scheduling it a couple of weeks away to accommodate his workload. <br /> Chuck provided photos of candidate replacement stone but there didn't seem to be a good match available so I gave him the OK to replace all the stone. However, Chuck put forth the extra time and effort to locate the matching stone. I happily agreed to a revised project cost of $750. Chuck and one assistant worked a full day on the repair and then Chuck returned the next morning to apply grout and final cleanup. <br /> I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the job.
