"Brad is the owner, he has high standards and did a great job on my small project. He replaced some rotted backing down to the studs. He was here early stayed until the sun went to finish the job. He cares about quality and customer satisfaction. I have other projects in the future, beyond painting and he is top of my list of trusted contractors...so rare these days."

"Honest, hardworking and priced just right. Loved them and glad I found Eli."

"KT Construction recently did some work for us and we are very pleased with the results. We had new baseboard installed along with door jams, and also had new kitchen shelving done in two pantries. In addition to the high quality work being done, we were pleasantly surprised with the communication, cleanup, and excellent estimating on lumber needed, etc. We look forward to working with KT in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you."

"They focus on excellent customer service. No high pressure sales tactics. They vet and train subcontractors. Their consistent track record of excellent reviews sold me on doing business with them. Very happy with the results."

"Highly recommend this company. The owner called me on a Saturday afternoon to discuss my project after I submitted my request about an hour earlier on Angi. A technician, Carter, was onsite on Monday and was professional, courteous, and efficient. He serviced what I needed done, and the price was reasonable."

"Showed up on time. Was very nice and polite"
