"We had to replace out existing granite counter top after trying to get the old dishwasher out  to be able to get the new one installed.   After that piece of granite cracked all over, we just decided to get new.  Not that we could afford it.  We got Sunwest's name from AZ Tile. I faxed over measurements to approximately 3 companies, and Matt was the "only company" to respond back to me.  He mentioned he had a slab left over from a previous job (remnant) and wanted us to take a look at it.   We met with Matt on Saturday and although the slab was very nice it didnt really go with what we had in mind.  BUT!  There was another slab that caught our eye.  Matt checked and it was available.   We said "do it" on the spot.

"The owner of Renova kept a personal interest involved throughout the project.  We explained to him what we needed and our budget
and he came in with several cost effective options including substitution of materials.  There was some time delay in completing the project because of tile sampling and stock on hand.  The only thing we would request different is getting the counter tops ordered earlier as this delayed the project by almost three weeks. Over all his workers were extremely polite and very skilled.   The quality of the work for which we paid was exceptional. Even when we made a mistake on the paint color his worker was able to resolve the problem and still not lose any time on the project.  On the next major project we will be calling Renova first."

"My mst shower leaked into the bedroom walls. They not only built a beautiful stone leak proof shower but remediated mold, replaced drywall & painted. They guys were polite & skilled. I was so please with the work they did that I had them paint exterior of my house! Great job! I would highly recommend this company!"

"Both of my bathrooms were remodeled by Kieran Brothers. I also had work done in the laundry room as well. All of the different work crews were highly qualified and very efficient. There were four standouts during the time that Kieran Brothers did their work at my house. Danny - he was my initial contact and helped with design and material selection. He was very thorough in his work with me, and the computer program he used to show what my choices would look like in my bathrooms was very helpful. Tony - he was the foreman over all of the different work crews (demo crews, plumbers, electricians, drywall workers, tile installers). He was always accessible, was quick to respond and kept me informed about what was going to be done and about what time the different jobs would begin. I found him to be very respectful and courteous throughout the whole time. Matt and Joe - they did the tile work in the bathrooms as well as other work that needed to be taken care of. Very careful, thorough and precise in their tile work - expertly done! They showed the same professional workmanship in the other things they did as well.
I would definitely work with Kieran Brothers again!

"The service went fine. It took me a little bit to get them to come or to call me back. But they eventually came and I got my service and I was happy with it. I did not pay anything more. They weren't responsive initially. I called them several times. I don't know if he was just swamped or if he wasn't coming up to my area. When you call someone you expect a call back. I didn't even get that. But, I eventually got them and they came. I would probably not use them simply because of the responsiveness."

"We met with Jorge and three other contractors and we chose Jorge based on his design and price.  Jorge worked on plans with us and made several changes at our request and also provide us great design suggestions and incredible information on what plants and trees would do best as well as look best.  After we finalized on a design work started the next week.  They did great work and Jorge was here each morning to make sure they knew what to do and to meet with us and let us know what was going on and what was planned for the day.  Jorge and his team went the extra mile while working on our backyard and helped make sure everything was to our satisfaction.  Our yard looks fabulous and is better than what we had pictured.  I can't recommend Jorge and Landcraft enough.  Jorge truly loves his work and it shows in the pride he takes in making sure that his customers are satisfied."
