I sent out a request for a second opinion online. Ezra responded promptly, asked pointed questions, came out to check the lock, and talked me through what he thought and what I should expect. He went through hoops to get a replacement, and now it is FIXED. He saved me thousands of dollars in replacing custom French doors.
