I had forgotten the secret to getting my logs start, but after days of trying and asking everyone I knew to see if they could figure out the problem, Kinard’s service charge was cheap in comparison to other companies I called and they came out within days, rather than having to wait over a month and pay over 3x for a service call just to show me how to operate the logs. I felt rather foolish when the tech showed me what to do. I would have felt more foolish to have spent $300 dollars and spent another cold season never haven turned on my fireplace. Thanks"
