"Hearthmaster was quick and professional.  The gentleman was very thorough with cleaning the chimney, and gave us tips on how to keep it clean and type of wood burning and the silt / smoke different types produce.  Also, he was very helpful in finally fixing our master bedroom fireplace by replacing a part (we paid for the part) and vigorously cleaning the screens.

"Turned out the problem was operator error. I had forgotten the secret to getting my logs start, but after days of trying and asking everyone I knew to see if they could figure out the problem, Kinard’s service charge was cheap in comparison to other companies I called and they came out within days, rather than having to wait over a month and pay over 3x for a service call just to show me how to operate the logs. I felt rather foolish when the tech showed me what to do. I would have felt more foolish to have spent $300 dollars and spent another cold season never haven turned on my fireplace. Thanks"

"Anticipating that I would have the work done, I purchased the Big Deal for $4,999 for a bathroom remodel. As it turns out, I have put my house on the market and I'd rather not enter into a construction project while on the market. Andre Paschall at Tile Creations has been super nice and offered to transfer the Big Deal to a new owner but, I'm afraid that the new owner may not be aware of Angie's List and the service received."

"The owner and his employees were very detail oriented. They had very good tile laying skills and wanted the tile to be perfect. It wasn't an easy job either. Also, they cleaned up well after each day of work. I would definitely hire again. The owner Adrian is very easy to work with as well. Thanks Fellas!"
