"I thought this company overall did a good job. The reason why I wouldn't hire them again is because they came across a bit shady. They tried to show me a picture of something (a chimney) in one of there books and the picture wasn't visable at all. If you have a business you should at least have a clear photo of what you are trying to show. After the estimate and an agreement on the price, he did the work. When he was done, he asked that I make the check out to cash, which there in itself is shady. I only agreed because at that point that work was already done and it was a low cost repair. <br /> So if you want a cheap price and it's a smaller job I'd say go for it, for something bigger maybe look elsewhere. <br />"

"The damper broke right before the major snowstorm that we had in January. Roger and John came on 1/8th with about 12 inches of snow on the ground and temperatures below freezing. Roger checked the inside of the fireplace and noticed that there was a hole inside that went to the outside. Roger and John went outside, in the freezing weather, climbed a ladder with the snow not even shoveled, and did the needed repair. Roger then installed the new damper which is way better and easier to use then the one I had. Roger and John were very professional and I have complete confidence in their work.
