They had two crews, one for the attic and one for the crawlspace, working for many hours to complete the job. A vapor barrier was also installed in the crawlspace. We paid a very reasonable price after the large PSE Rebate was applied."

"We had rat damage to our insulation and ducts in our crawl space. In addition the vapor barrier needed to be dealt with. He did a great job as this was a tough area to work in. We also had him clean our dryer duct as it also was under the house. He took it apart and brushed it clean. We were so happy with all his work that we had him clean all of our furnace ducts with his power brush and vacuum."

"Job did not go well. The two guys were very courteous, but not experience with house siding. The chimney was clad in same siding as house horizontal 6 inch cedar. They didnt put the new siding on level or even uniform spacing. Left gaps in the structure that would have caused water damage. The owner refunded part of our money.

"I waited some time after the roof was completed to give an accurate review. The roof material itself has held up fairly well through last winter, and the install crew was on time every morning which was nice. The biggest bummer on this, is that our 3 sky lights are no longer sealed properly. To be clear - we have not had any leaks or water damage, but they are clearly not sealed up. Our heating and cooling bills are significantly higher than other neighbors. We have random insects that find their way inside, gusts of wind can actually bring small leaf particles in as well. If there is a bird chirping outside, you don't hear it through the windows but through the skylights it sounds as if you are sitting outside. We actually close our bathroom door at night to keep the noise down while we sleep. I tried to work with the crew to get this resolved but felt like I was talking to a wall. They sent the crew back out at first and they "re-seated" the skylights and fastened them back down but we still had the same problem. Then the crew leader came out onsite, got up on the roof, took a bunch of pictures, and then showed me how everything was sealed up properly. I gave them 2 chances to fix it...how many times can you explain to people that something is not correct?"
