"Contractor came and finished on the day and time he promised. He matched the brick on the replaced chimney to the  two fireplace chimneys. His workmanship was of high quality and he cleaned up after he was finished. He was very personable and was proud of his work as he should be.. Overall, he did an outstanding job and I was very pleased .

"John came within few days and provided an estimate. He explained to me
that I would only see bare branches for year or so when I cut to half
size. I appreciated the warning. The work was done the following week
shortly after I confirmed I wanted to hire them.John came to give
directions to the 3 workers before they started. I stayed in yard during
most of the work so I could change my mind about extent of downsizing
trees during the progression.  
The men clearly were used to trimming hollys which was a relief since I
have not been able to find any tree companies in the past 15 years who
even wanted to do it. One man climbed into the holly while another
worked from the ground with the long clippers.  Everything went smoothly
and all degree was removed.

"I have a wood-burning fireplace that I don’t use to burn wood. I have an electric insert instead. But the flue would not stay closed. Last winter was very very drafty in my living room. I reached in and tried to fix it myself but did not have the tools or the ability but the gentleman from Fixed and Fair had both. He was here just a short time and did not charge me anything. I would recommend this company highly. (But would like to suggest they put their address on their business cards. I had to look it up on Google to enter this review above!)"

"Overall, it was great experience.  They arrived on time.  One person worked outside and one inside.  A mat was laid in front of the fireplace, on the floor to make sure no soot or other dirt fell or spilled on our carpet.  A gadget with a camera was snaked up the flue to take pictures and pictures were taken on the outside of the chimney (with a 35mm camera) to show the condition of the cap. 
The findings were explained and recommendations were made.  
I only had the cleaning performed and took their recommendations under advisement.  I don't recall the exact amount of the service as it was almost a year ago.
The service people were clean, professional, courteous and answered all of the questions I had.  And I would definitely use them again!
They were very easy to contact and schedule the appointment.  Their in house customer service people were just as friendly as those in the field.

We have bought our house in 2012 and we where looking for a Contractor for a while but we were very picky because we had some bad experience before with some Contractors..
My husband's cuisine told us about Structureline Construction  and we decided to take them to do the remodeling in our house..
 After they gave us the Proposal we where expected to begin right away but they didn't ... They where very busy at that time and we had been waiting for them for 2 weeks to begin... But after the did complete the work we where very excited with the work that had been done and our expectations was defiantly worth it..
We hire them after for a patio covering at the backyard and some brick siding work..
For sure i will recommend them if necessary and use them again if I will have some construction work to be done..
