"They didn't put the filter back in right so the door won't close.  When they left they did not leave me a receipt or anything so I don't know exactly what they did."

"

I needed Joe and his son Tony on two occasions over the past two months.  Each time, I was met with friendly, on time service and very fair pricing.  Joe is very conscientious about doing a good job, and I like the chemistry he and his son have.  They work well together, fast and efficient.

Joe takes great pride in his work.  Of course, I'm in a rush to get things done, but after a particularly rainy weekend, Joe completed half my job one day and recommended that I wait two more days to let the bricks dry out as the humidity and moisture in the bricks were making the job look presentable but not right.  Joe wanted to do it right, which I respect.

I would use Brick Solutions again and again, and I would have no problem referring them to anyone else.

"We called on Gregory Morrison at East Coast Glass after we broke a panel in our shower surround and decided we might as well update the entire thing. We had looked at several chain home improvement stores, but they all subcontracted and we wanted to work with our contractor directly. We found East Coast Glass through a survey of local websites and liked his presentation.
Greg came out very promptly after we called, and we were impressed with both his professionalism and his down-to-earth manner.  We felt very comfortable with his solid recommendations for our job. He explored options with us and advised us on directions taking into account our budget. He also recommended several contractors to handle other parts of the job. When (through no fault of his) we were not able to go that route, he re-evaluated the job to eliminate them and came back with a retooled quote.
East Coast Glass and Interiors arrived on the estimated date, did their work efficiently, and left a clean worksite. We're extremely happy with the shower and with the service we received, and I would recommend this company with confidence to friends and family.

"They did a good job.  I have an electric fireplace."

"Great experience, sales through installation. Detailed quote during sales process and hardworking crew that left the yard in good shape despite the rain that we had just prior."

"Waylon did an excellent job and seems to be a very mature and conscientious young man who is ambitious, hard working and eager to please. He used to work as a window washer for a chain company and has now forged out on his own. He tells me that his primary business now is installing gas fireplace inserts in new homes and some fire and water damage restoration work. He has all the professional equipment available for window washing and home maintenance. He works on with us when necessary and gives estimates promptly. He is willing to do very small miscellaneous jobs and is just a good, all around handyman. I have called upon him numerous times now. Today (Saturday) I phoned him regarding an oil leak on the concrete driveway of some rental property I own. He told me he will give me an estimate tomorrow (Sunday) for power washing and clean up. His prices so far have been very low in comparison to large companies."

"The job went smooth and they were done in 2 days,  with absolutely no issues or imperfections. The shingles and the workmanship is backed by their lifetime warranty. Their price was very fair  and competitive. I met the crew and they were very professional and attended to all of my little added requirements. I will tell you, that I am very picky and found this company to be very precise about the work they do. They advertised Quality materials and workmanship and they meant it. My roof looks awesome, and I am recommending Radically Renewed to anyone that needs roof repair or replacement."
