"Locked out due to circumstances beyond my control. First said they would be there in 30min. Did not call to say that he'd be late, that there was traffic - nothing. An hour and a half later, he finally shows up. Can't get either of two very easy locks picked, so has to drill my door open, of course. handy that it's super expensive to replace the lock now. Although If I'd been expecting an hour and a half wait, I could have gone to Home Depot and bought a lock that I WANTED in my door, and had them put that in, should they have needed it."

"They pulled me out of a jam and did not take advantage of my situation! They arrived promptly, provided great service and did not overcharge for the repair. I had to get my front door unlocked to be able to show my home for sale. The front door lock was actually rusted inside but I had no idea what was wrong. I called H and H and left a message in the evening; they called back in the morning, arrived and completed the repair by 10:00 AM. I had a quote from another company for $300 for "emergency" service but H and H only charged $118 for the repair. They were honest and could have sold me a new lock, but instead only charged for what was needed. They did a terrific, reliable repair and I recommend them highly!"
