Marcos was very conscious about removing his shoes before entering the house and cleaning up after all of the work. He also installed cages over our outside vents. "The reason I gave a C grade on promptness was because the first time I scheduled it rained very hard in the a.m. and it was already an hour past when they were supposed to arrive before I called them and canceled for that day and re-scheduled for another. Worked out good the 2nd time around and he arrived at the last 1/2 hour of our two-hour window. The serviceman pointed out something with the a/c unit that needed to be replaced and I was in agreement. Ended up costing more than expected because of those replacements, but I did get an Angie's list coupon rate for the inspection."

The 2 installers Ben and Christian were very nice and polite. Did an excellent job taking out old pipes and replacing them

with new ones. They even straightened out a kink that was there from the original installation that was done 20yrs ago.

We can feel the difference now.  They cleaned up the mess and now the area looks so much nicer.
