"They took pictures of the burned coils etc., and the next morning they were here exactly when they said they would be. They had a new system replaced and installed in 1/2 a day, no mess left, no incidents during or after the repair or in the last year. They even made a make shift door to replace the wall they took out. The air works "SO GOOD" I have to turn the air up because it gets so cold. Or is it down? "I was considering 3 companies to do the work. They provided the best deal. The installation went very smoothly; finished in a day. Very happy with the process to that point. Had some problems with some logistics afterward. The papers weren't processed properly to iniitally run the solar panels (it took 2 months till we figured out the electric company hadn't 'turned on' the panels). There was also some problems with the paperwork for the tax rebates that slowed things down. I talked to the owner Mark, who was very sorry for the problems and offered a small refund, even though we don't really know what happened. He wanted to be sure I was a happy customer, which I am. I was impressed by his professionalism. However, I'm still not seeing the savings that I was told. I've had my house energy audited, installed Nest thermostats, and still not seeing a major decrease in my KWh usage. I can only assume that we are having a hotter season than last year; hoping to realize savings next year.

"Lucio and his crew are amazing. I hired him for roofing, siding, window installation, rock footing/underpinning, new concrete driveway and sidewalks, among other home remodeling. "We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."

"SOLUTION:

The Leak was discovered behind the toilet. we ripped out the old toiled cut out the old flooring reset the plumbing, toilet flange, replaced the flooring secured the toilet better than it was and ensured that all pipes, flanges etc were replaced and mounted. Justin ensured we were kept abreast of cost and the problems as they were discovered. Bottom line problem was discovered and fixed right! The craftsmen answered all questions and explained in detail what they were doing how they planned on repairing the damage.

After the flooring was repaired the rest of the improvements were completed, the tile work was completed and to satisfaction, the custom shower included a "step up" or tiled seat that really made the shower complete, definitively have no regrets removing the old uncomfortable bathtub. The extra repairs extended the project a bit however this was taken into account before we signed and the project was finished and bathroom operational on the date promised.

It has been 8 months since we had the bathroom renovated, all I can say is: Justin will be contacted and asked to do our master bath. "
