"Onofreo Home Comfort Systems LLC was wonderful from the first contact in February 2026. Chris came and had a look at the house, the old system and asked what I wanted and how each room was used. He was so knowledgeable and personable. I really felt comfortable with his level of expertise. Mike & Patrick showed up each day ready to work. Mike was very communicative; letting me know when he arrived and left each day and summarizing their progress. My cat was not stressed out by their presence, which was comforting as well. The ladies in the office were so friendly and professional.The design was refined to a Bryant Heat Pump for the main level with an Ecobee Thermostat and a Bryant Mini-split in the basement. This meant that I did not lose any closet space for vents and each system is well suited for their purpose. I would definitely recommend Onofreo! After reaching out to several companies for estimates, we chose M&R to replace our 50-year-old boiler. Tom was the first to arrive to assess the situation and provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, M&R was responsive and punctual with their appointments. The team handling the installation consisted of Dex, Jake, Josh, and Tony. "I hired northeast heating and cooling to replace my aging heating A/C system. This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. They replaced the entire upstairs duct work and reconfigured the entire house to run balanced and efficient.
