"Schultz Heating & Cooling took care of our A/C which was not blowing cold air, on very short notice and was able to resolve the issue on the same trip within an hour. Highly recommend! Company is very responsive and communicates well: I had originally inquired via Angie's List email/messenger after hours and got a reply the same evening saying they could send a technician the next day. The next morning I received a call and was able to schedule the appointment. Tony (technician/owner) was able to give me a 1 hour window (unlike most companies that let you sit around all day) and he arrived during the time frame he gave me. He also kept me informed when he was on his way - this was really helpful so I could plan my day. A/C issue was quickly diagnosed (burnt out capacitor, low on freon) and he had the parts on the truck - repair was completed within an hour and system was blowing cold air again. During the visit Tony was highly professional, friendly, and accommodating. Our system is over 18 years old and he suggested we consider looking at a replacement (we already know that it is coming to the end of it's lifespan, so this was not a surprise) but there was no "hard sell". He was telling me what I already knew, and gave a few suggestions for ongoing maintenance in the meantime. Tony also acknowledged that we had contacted him via Angie's List and gave us a preferred AL price. I appreciate the fact he knew we are AL members and I didn't have to remind/persuade him to give us the AL price (as i have had to do with other companies contacted via AL). Would highly recommend and would use them again!"

"Zach is great, we have been using him for years. Service is top notch, he is an expert in the industry and does not try and sell you unneeded service parts as many others in the industry do. You will not be disappointed using Edwards Mechanical for your heating and cooling needs. Whether it’s a full new install, broken unit, or just need some seasonal maintenance this is a company you can truly trust."

"Excellent! Zach Hill and his assistant completed the installation of my new furnace and central air conditioner system quickly, cleanly and efficiently. They hauled away the old equipment. The system works great, no surprises or problems! I highly recommend Hill Mechanical for your HVAC needs."

"I highly recommend Shane Diffin from Mid Michigan Duct Cleaning. He immediately responded to my request and did the work the next day. He sent a video while he was on the job as I was unable to be home. Easy and reasonable payment available through Venmo."

"My experience was great with this company! The owner/operator was in top of everything. He got back to me in a very timely manner and had a date and appointment set up in no time! The service was great! All my issues were resolved with the system! As well as had great prices! Top of the line work! I would definitely recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs!!"

"Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed.  After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call.  So glad I did.   Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient!  I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too.  I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.  My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.
